The PFA 2UP Fans Player Awards are the only official awards of the Professional Footballers' Association that are voted for by the fans.
Every month of the football season, 4 fans randomly selected from the divisional winners will:
- Personally present The PFA 2UP Fans Award to their player
- Receive an official framed photo (signed by the player)
- Two hospitality tickets to the game
